Let me introduce myself. My name is Charles Feltman and I am the owner and founder of Insight Coaching. You can read more about me by clicking on my name below. The company is a sole proprietorship that has been in business in California since I formed it in 1992. Insight Coaching has served a wide variety of individuals and companies with coaching, facilitation, training services. Our primary focus is on developing and supporting leaders and teams who can play significant roles in moving their organizations to the next level.
As you can see, there are several other people affiliated with Insight Coaching. Each of the Insight Affiliates has their own company that provides unique and valuable services complementary to those offered by Insight. In addition to working through their own companies, these highly skilled individuals have worked with each other for over a decade providing well coordinated, effective coaching, training and facilitation services for companies of all sizes.
One of my roles at Insight is to provide high-impact coaching for executives, other key organizational leaders, and teams. The other role I play here is to identify and deploy Insight Coaching affiliates to serve needs of client companies that reach far beyond those individuals I can serve directly. By tapping these affiliates Insight Coaching can provide coordinated leadership development programs that need to reach larger audiences through some combination of facilitation, training and coaching. |
