Let me introduce myself. My name is Charles
Feltman. I am the founder and owner
of Insight Coaching. You can read more about
me by clicking on my name below. The company
is a sole proprietorship that has been in business
in California since I formed it in 1992. Insight
Coaching has served a wide variety of individuals
and companies with coaching, facilitation, and
training services. Our primary focus is on developing
and supporting leaders and teams who can play
significant roles in moving their organizations
to the next level.
Insight Coaching Affiliates
To this end, Insight
Coaching partners with a global network of carefully
selected
coaches
and
leadership development firms. Each of these Insight
Affiliates provides unique and valuable services
complementary to those offered by Insight.
One of my roles at Insight Coaching is to provide
high-impact coaching for executives, other key
organizational leaders, and leadership teams. The
other role I play here is to identify and deploy
Insight Coaching affiliates when appropriate to
serve the needs of client companies that reach
far beyond those individuals I can serve directly.
By tapping these affiliates Insight Coaching can
provide coordinated leadership development programs
that need to reach larger audiences through some
combination of facilitation, training and coaching. |
