International Association of Facilitators Annual Conference 2010 - April 21, 2010
Charles Feltman will lead a 1-day pre-conference workshop entitled Facilitation to Trust: Helping teams build strong trust for great collaboration. This workshop will be based on the Insight Trust at Work Facilitator Kit. Participants will have an opportunity to experience and learn to facilitate high-impact workshops and interventions teams and groups that work together. Rebuilding Trust in Government, Business and Community - A radio series on KCBX Public Radio - Late May & early June 2010 (specific dates TBA).
A bond of trust is critical for democratic governments to function, commerce to flourish, and communities to be healthy places to raise families. But today trust is at a low ebb across America. For example, in a Public Policy Institute poll taken last fall, only 23% of Californians said they could trust the state government to "do what is right" most or all of the time. The Chicago Booth/Kellog School's most recent Financial Index on Trust showed the number of people who trust America's financial system is also only 23%. In this radio program series Charles Feltman will host three 1-hour segments on KCBX Public Radio, each focusing on one of these three areas. For each segment Charles will host two guests (TBA) who bring intimate knowledge and insight from the respective areas. Check back here in May for updated information on dates and times.
